MB-10583 - USA (Indiana) - Third Party Administrator Services for the State Employee Health Plans - Deadline December 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services for the state employee health plans.– Ability to administer the State’s self–funded medical plan including a PPO and CDHP medical plans (this does not include health savings account administration) including population health management with a wellness rewards platform for eligible employees and early retirees– To bring aggregate hospital facility prices — excluding physician and other professional fees — for the state employee health plan, to at or below the national commercial average.– Administrator must provide claims processing services, utilization management, disease management, case management, account service and support, customer service, billing, benchmarking, reporting, appeals process, population health management, and other administrative services– Claims Administration– Financial Administration– Managed Mental Health Care Administrative Services– Prescription Drug Program– Integrated Care and Data Management(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on November 13, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than December 2, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
