EXTRA-78134 - USA (Everett, Washington) - Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan Service - Deadline November 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide parks, recreation and open space plan service to the government authority located in Everett, WA. – The parks, recreation and open space Plan accurately reflects the growing needs of our residents, and that the process is rich in resident, commissioner, parks board, and staff input.– Review and update the department’s goals and objectives. – Include a community outreach plan centered on ways to engage all areas of the community, especially underserved and underrepresented groups. – Ensure that existing level of service and methodology for determining the level of service aligns with industry best practices. – Updated inventory and assessment reports for all parks and park amenities. – Provide recommendations on locations for new parks, particularly in Areas that have been identified as highly viable for annexation. – Recommendations for park impact fee adjustments and updates to the capital improvement plan – Update to urban tree canopy chapter utilizing industry best practices and aligning with new policy/ordinance development. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
