DRA-11260 - USA (New Braunfels, Texas) - Professional Surveying Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional surveying services to the government authority located in New Braunfels, TX.– Provide professional land surveying firms to establish a pre–qualified pool of firms eligible to perform surveying services on an as–needed basis.– Boundary Surveys: Establishment, retracement, and marking of property boundaries. Researchof deeds, plats, easements, and public records to determine property lines. Preparation ofboundary survey plats and legal descriptions.– Topographic Surveys: Collection and mapping of existing surface features, contours, andelevations. Development of digital terrain models and topographic base maps to supportSurveying and design. Location of natural and man–made features, utilities, and improvements.– Right–of–Way and Easement Surveys: Establishment and documentation of public right–of–waylimits. Preparation of easement descriptions, exhibits, and acquisition parcels. Support for road,drainage, and infrastructure right–of–way needs.– Construction Staking and Layout: Horizontal and vertical control for construction projects.Staking of roadways, drainage structures, utilities, and site improvements. As–built surveysdocumenting completed construction.– Subdivision and Platting Support: Preparation of preliminary and final plats. Lot and blocklayout, monumentation, and platting documentation consistent with local requirements.– Control Surveys and Geodetic Services: Establishment of horizontal and vertical controlnetworks. Global positioning system surveys and control tied to appropriate coordinate systemsand datums.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.
