(1) Vendor needs to provide private markets index and benchmarking services.• Providers of private markets index and benchmarking services to support performance measurement and portfolio evaluation.• Provider must have institutionally recognized index and benchmark solutions spanning private equity, private credit, real estate, and real assets.• Access a suite of institutionally recognized benchmarks and indices across private equity, private credit, real estate, and real asset strategies.• Benchmark individual funds against relevant peer groups using Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Total Value to Paid–In Capital (TVPI), Distributed to Paid–In Capital (DPI), and Public Market Equivalent (PME), among other metrics.• Construct customized time–weighted return benchmarks based on asset class, strategy, geography, sector, and other relevant portfolio characteristics.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
