(1) Vendor needs to provide chief financial officer services to the government authority located in Troy, NY.– Provide financial management, regulatory compliance and financial oversight services in the capacity as the appointed Chief Financial Officer of each entity.– Manage all Authority financial accounts and affairs, including posting all cash receipt and disbursement transactions to books of original entry maintained by contractor using QuickBooks. – Prepare monthly financial reports detailing all operating revenues, expenditures, and other fund balance transactions of the Authorities, as well as monthly and year–to–date balance sheet and deliver them electronically to each Authority Executive Director and Board one week prior to monthly Board meetings. – Reconcile all Authority bank accounts – Reconcile and maintain custodial accounts of the Authority and provide reporting as requested, e.g., report balances, donations, etc. – Maintain year–end working papers and assist staff and auditors by preparing schedules and any other duties deemed necessary for an annual external audit. – Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes and impacts to the Authority’s finances. – Assist the Executive Director, the Finance Committee and the Board with developing and maintaining an annual budget.
