(1) Vendor needs to provide probationary firefighter entrance examination services to the government authority located in Lubbock, TX. – The development and provision, scoring, validation support, and technical support of probationary firefighter entrance examinations.– Providing fair, consistent, secure, valid, reliable, and legally defensible entry–level examinations that support the hiring objectives and comply with applicable local, state, and federal requirements.– The examinations will be used as part of the civil service selection process.– Provide examination content appropriate for beginning–level firefighter positions.– Ensure examination content is job–related, valid, reliable, and professionally developed.– Examination security and confidentiality.– Study guides and candidate preparation materials.– Electronic and computer–based examination option.– Candidate protests, challenges, and scoring inquiries.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 05, 2025. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
