(1) Vendor needs to provide seating upholstery services to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL.• Provide upholstery services of metal frame tandem chair seat backrest and seat bottom cushions (seat cushions). The• Contractor shall remove existing upholstery and upholster existing airport terminal seating offsite• Contractor pricing will be per seat.• Technical Specifications– Refer to Attachment A for examples of the existing FLL seats.– Upholstered seating shall be professionally finished.– Upholstery material must be commercial–grade performance vinyl and must be black vinyl. Material shall be Nassimi Esprit PES–008 or approved equivalent with an abrasion rating of 250,000+ Double Rub rating (DR).– All corners, edges, and seams shall be neatly finished, with fabric patterns and grain aligned where applicable.– The completed upholstered seating shall match the original form, fit, and function of the seating and present a clean, professional, and aesthetically uniform appearance suitable for commercial use.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28, 2026.
