(1) Vendor needs to provide airport janitorial services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. – Furnish comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for two airport facilities. • Empty all waste baskets and exterior/interior waste containers; replace torn or soiled liners.• Dust chairs, tables, windowsills, and similar furnishings.• Clean and sanitize drinking fountains.• Clean all five restroom facilities, including toilets, urinals, sinks, and soap dispensers. • Remove splash marks from restroom walls.• Clean restroom doors and partitions.• Wet mop all restroom floors.• Clean interior and exterior glass doors.• Dust the Administration Office.• Vacuum lobby, hallways, and stairways.• Wash all wastebaskets.• Clean or wash walls as needed.• Dust all reachable ledges and flat surfaces.• Dust and clean all light fixtures.• Clean all exterior windows.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
