(1) Vendor needs to provide inclusive postsecondary education consultant services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.• Conduct a national review of best practices and models for inclusive postsecondary education programs for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. • Assess current policies, services, programs, and institutional capacity.• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities including interviews, focus groups, surveys, and listening sessions. • Develop recommendations regarding admissions processes, academic programming, student supports, housing, employment opportunities, extracurricular engagement, and campus inclusion. • Examine federally recognized Comprehensive Transition and Postsecondary (CTP) programs and other nationally recognized models. • Analyse comparable programs at public universities and state university systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 03, 2026.
