Vendor needs to provide solar photovoltaic system to the government authority located in Yarmouth, MA.– Provide solar photovoltaic system with or without an optional battery to be installed.– Design, financing, permitting, installation, ownership, operation, and maintenance, removal, and decommissioning of the PV system and optional battery, including, but not limited to, final engineering and design, utility interconnection, coordination with the electric distribution company, participation in applicable incentive programs, procurement and installation of all equipment, testing and commissioning, and site restoration upon expiration or termination of the Lease and Power Purchase Agreement, and for entering into the agreements described below.
