DRA-10856 - USA (Raleigh, North Carolina) - Traffic Data Collection Services - Deadline June 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic data collection services to the government authority located in Raleigh, NC.       – The work in general shall consist of collecting site information and traffic data for each requested location to include vehicle turning movement, volume, speed, class, and other data types as indicated below.– Volume, speed and class data is generally collected to determine the number, direction, speed, and classification of motor vehicles at a given location.– Counters shall have the latest video AI model and firmware available from the manufacturer installed at the time counts are collected.– Data collection reports in one PDF document consisting of a cover sheet with site data, photographs, gap data in 15– minute increments, volume, and a peak hour analysis to include the peak hour, the peak time, and the peak hour factor (PHF).– Video AI classifiers shall be able to detect and classify vehicles under all typical conditions including daytime, nighttime with street lighting, nighttime without street lighting, rain, and fog.– Data collection equipment shall not be installed in any work zones, unless specifically requested.– The collection and processing of traffic data.– Data collection shall not be performed during extreme weather conditions.– Data shall be in southbound, westbound, northbound, and eastbound order.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.         (3) The contract period will be for three years.
