(1) Vendor needs to provide supported employment services to the government authority located in Lincoln, NE. – Providing Supported Employment Services at a competitive and reasonable cost.• Supported Employment Training– The contractor shall develop and deliver training addressing identified Supported Employment needs.– Training topics may include to:– Foundations of Supported Employment– Job development and employer engagement– Systematic instruction and job coaching– Natural supports and fading strategies– Positive behavioral supports• Technical Assistance and Consultation– Identification of resources and strategies to address emerging needs.• Evaluation and Continuous Improvement– Analysis of participation and engagement.– Recommendations for future training and technical assistance.
