Vendor needs to provide patient monitoring system including patient observation devices, software/licenses, centralized monitoring capability, implementation, configuration, testing, training, clinical implementation support, project management, and all accessories necessary to furnish a complete and operational solution.• The contractor shall coordinate implementation with Government clinical, biomedical, and information technology representatives.• The contractor shall identify all Government–furnished network, server, electrical, mounting, and other prerequisites before implementation• Clinical implementation services, including workflow/program–development support, policy/procedure guidance, best–practice guidance, training, and go–live support.• Project management services to coordinate implementation tasks, resources, schedule, risks, and go–live activities.• The contractor shall provide clinical workflow support and go–live assistance sufficient to transition the system to operational use.
