MRB-58176 - USA (Florida) - Independent Impact Evaluation and Strategic Implementation Support Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide independent impact evaluation and strategic implementation support services.– Provide technical assistance and strategic guidance to the president and CEO and the senior leadership team through a period of rapid growth.– Comprehensive implementation and evaluation framework with defined outcomes, performance indicators, data–collection tools, and reporting processes aligned to Sustainability, Growth, and Innovation.– Implementation monitoring and data collection.– Monthly strategic meetings with the President and CEO; ongoing technical assistance, feedback, and support to the senior leadership team on implementation, data use, and course correction; on–call technical assistance and support as needed.– Data analysis and actionable recommendations to strengthen implementation and results.– Stakeholder communication and leveraging results.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 3,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
