(1) Vendor needs to provide home funding service for affordable housing development to the government authority located in Turlock, CA. – Newly constructed permanent rental housing, affordable to very–low– and low–income households, including acquisition costs.– Acquisition and rehabilitation of permanent rental housing, affordable to very–low– and low–income households.– Conversion of an existing structure from another use to affordable rental housing, including acquisition costs.– A relocation plan will be required for projects requiring relocation. additionally, relocation costs should be clearly identified in the project budget submitted with each proposal.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.
