CONS-24412 - USA (Quincy, Massachusetts) - Landscape Planting and Irrigation Project Service - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape planting and irrigation project service to the government authority located in Quincy, MA. – The work shall include, but shall not be limited to:o Site preparation and removal of unsuitable materials.o Furnishing and placement of suitable planting soil/topsoil.o Fine grading of planting areas.o Furnishing and installation of all specified trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and perennial flowers.o Furnishing and installation of a complete automatic irrigation system.o Furnishing and installation of approved landscape mulch.o Watering and establishment of all newly planted material.o Replacement of plant material that fails to establish during the warranty/maintenance period.o Protection of existing utilities, pavement, sidewalks, curbing, drainage structures, vegetation, and other property.o Site cleanup and restoration.o All other labor, materials, equipment, and incidental work necessary to provide a complete and professionally installed landscape.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
