(1) Vendor needs to provide professional surveying services to the government authority located in California.– Two consultants to provide professional surveying services on an as–needed basis– Consultant must provide professional surveying services based on the following technical requirements:– Create AutoCAD files from easement documents, check easement closures, and align easement AutoCAD drawing files into the District coordinate system– Create AutoCAD files from District notes and sketches– Provide construction staking– Perform construction surveys– Perform settlement monitoring on agency facilities– Establish horizontal and vertical controls– Determine locations of property lines, boundaries, easements, and right–of–way– Perform photogrammetric control surveys and prepare photogrammetric mapping/orthophotos– Perform research and survey work related to public and private land ownership, public and private easements, public improvements, construction, and historic information– Prepare and interpret deeds and descriptions(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
