LEGAL-18334 - USA (Florence, New Jersey) - Municipal Solicitor Service - Deadline November 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal solicitor service to the government authority located in Florence, NJ.• The Township Solicitor shall be either (a) at least ten (10) years of personal experiencerepresenting municipalities in all aspects of municipal law including but not limited to general municipal government law; or (b) no minimum years of experience, – Provide they are a member of or employed by a multi–discipline firm of New Jersey licensed attorneys, which firm has an attorney or attorneys who individually have at least ten (10) years of municipal law experience• Including but not limited to general municipal government law; tort claims act, municipal litigation and appeals; Fair Housing Act, COAH, and affordable housing issues; NJ employment and personnel law; tax appeal experience; municipal finance; real estate issues; OPRA, OPMA, municipal land use law including state regulations affecting the same(2) The contract period will be for one year.
