(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services.• TPA will be expected to coordinate closely with City, provide information and documentation necessary for oversight, and communicate program status, concerns, and required actions• Assist in preparing comprehensive income verification, demographic, and national objective compliance reports.• Execute general administrative tasks necessary to maintain grant agreement compliance.• Advise the City of Cadillac on the format and content of required grant metric reports• Review, evaluate, and prepare recommendations for any proposed construction Change Orders.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
