CLEANING-13259 - USA (Denver, Colorado) - Snow Removal Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide snow removal services to adequately prepare and maintain facilities entirely free of snow, ice and pooling water prior to and during the 6:00 a.m.to 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.to 6:00 p.m. to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Detailed information on anti–icing and de–icing services and equipment that will be used.– Detailed information on the snow removal equipment proposed to be used in the detailed specifications for each site.– Bus and Traffic Lanes: Anti–icing material shall be applied to bus lane surfaces prior to the start of a snow or ice event.– Vehicle Surfaces: Anti–icing material shall be applied to all vehicle surfaces prior to the start of a snow or ice event. Vehicle surfaces include, but are not limited to, driveways, access lanes, Parking lots and Parking garages.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
