CSE-24196 - USA (Minneapolis, Minnesota) - Security Services Program Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security services program services to the government authority located in Minneapolis, MN.A. Patrol Services: – A preliminary service coverage schedule has been included below. Patrols shall be conducted on foot and may be deployed using approved modes of transportation, including but not limited to bicycles, Segway, golf carts, or other that enable rapid response and wide–area coverage.B. Check–Ins with Local Businesses: – This will involve in–person visits to individual businesses during patrols, during which officers shall inquire about recent concerns, share relevant safety updates, and record any emerging issues.C. Wellness ChecksSecurity officers shall provide wellness check services for individuals encountered in public spaces who may require assistance due to medical, behavioral health, substance–related, or environmental concernsD. Safety EscortsSecurity officers shall provide safety escort services for members of the public who request accompaniment by a security officer while traveling between locations within the agency.(2) A pre–proposal virtual meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
