Description
The the City of Lakeland, Florida (City) on behalf of its municipal airport, Lakeland Linder International Airport (LAL or airport), is seeking qualified firms to develop a Program Definition Plan (PDP) for the development of an expanded commercial terminal building and associated ancillary facilities. Firms shall have experience planning, designing, and delivering terminal projects at airports of similar size and complexity to LAL (non-primary commercial service to small hub airports). As the airport is a symbol of the community, firms should identify local partnerships ensuring regional stylistic elements are incorporated in the design honoring the community's aesthetics and history. At the conclusion of this project, the winning firm shall provide the City with a Terminal Development Program Definition Plan (PDP). The not to exceed budget for this work is $650,000.
