(1) Vendor needs to provide regional freight plan service to the government authority located in Columbus, OH. – Provide a comprehensive, multimodal strategy to improve freight mobility, safety, resiliency, economic competitiveness, and infrastructure investment across.– A catalyst for change, evidence of agency work is seen every day through planning, programming and services in the areas of housing, transportation, water, land use, economic development, environment, public policy and technology.– Each major task will culminate in a technical memorandum that will ultimately serve as chapters of the final plan.
