Mobile capabilities:– Electronic signatures.– Photo capture.– Citation issuance.– Voice dictation.– Barcode scanning.3. Artificial intelligence:– Report generation.– Narrative assistance.– Report summarization.– Entity extraction.– Similar case identification.– Productive recommendations.4. Administrative functionalities:– Ability to customize drop down pick lists.– Ability to add and map offense codes.– Ability to create user roles and assign users to roles.– Ability to establish access permissions for roles.– Ability to segregate date views based on group assignments.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
