(1) Vendor needs to provide design, implementation and professional development services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide comprehensive literacy professional services in support of the design, launch, and sustained implementation of agency's literacy coach academy.– Provide a combination of in–person institutes, site visits, and leader walkthroughs, virtual coaching and professional learning communities, system– and campus–level design support and ongoing strategic partnership support across the full term of the engagement.
