DES-2673 - USA (Sacramento, California) - Confidential Destruction Services - Deadline August 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide confidential destruction services to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Provide on–site confidential destruction services for facilities.– Provide onsite mobile shredding services for the complete destruction of confidential documents including paper, paper clips, sticky notes, glossy paper, NCR paper, and hanging file folders.– Material will be in locked 64–gallon bins or consoles, which the contractor will collect and take out to the mobile shredding unit and will shred the material onsite with a state employee witnessing the destruction.– Each location must be treated as a separate customer for billing purposes.– Destroyed in particles small enough and in a manner that makes it difficult, if not impossible, to reconstruct information such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, social security numbers, etc.– Ensure that their employees will not intentionally seek out, read, use, or disclose confidential or sensitive information.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
