(1) Vendor needs to provide adaptive learning and mastery–based remediation platform. – Provide adaptive, mastery–based learning and remediation platform that diagnoses individual skill gaps, dynamically assigns targeted remediation, continuously reassesses and adjusts each learner’s pathway, and enforces mastery before advancement.– AI is used in diagnostic, remediation, and content–generation functions.– Platform must serve both general–education and transfer coursework and industry certification and workforce programs within a single unified platform and single student account and must integrate into existing LMS course workflows. – Platform must diagnose individual skill–level gaps and dynamically assign targeted remediation practice, continuously reassessing and adjusting the learner’s pathway in real time.– Platform must track and enforce mastery at the skill level, requiring learners to demonstrate readiness before advancing, in support of competency–based education models.– Platform must allow faculty to incorporate their own instructional materials and configure learning pathways aligned to their own course design, rather than requiring instructors to conform to a fixed, predefined curriculum.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
