(1) Vendor needs to provide disability parking permit print services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.– Furnishing and delivering of long–term parking permits (placards) and temporary disability parking permits.– The material for the long–term disability placards shall be a High–Density Polyethylene, thirty–five (35) mil in thickness.– The overall dimension shall be 4” width x 9” length.– The placement and size of the printed words and cut–out shall conform.– The background color of the placards shall be blue. – The exact shade shall be Pantone 287 (blue). No substitutions.– The text, International Symbol of Access, and decal box outlines shall be white. – The long term disability placards shall be packaged in such a manner as to prevents ticking or damaging of printed surface while in transit or storage.– The carton dimensions shall not exceed 12” length x 9” width x 10” depth.
