The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a Contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide all Work and Materials required for the restoration, upgrade and maintenance of the structural integrity and functionality of the existing mooring concrete pier, timber fender system and mooring dolphins, at the seafood Industrial Park Outer Harbor and Dolphins, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB. Please note that only initial procurement opportunities are posted on eVA.
