(1) Vendor needs to provide library system to the government authority located in Kent, WA. – Selective demolition and preparation of the existing interior for renovation.– Construction of new and reconfigured interior spaces, partitions, ceilings, and finishes.– Construction restrooms and associated accessibility improvements.– Modifications to structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire–protection, low–voltage, and life–safety systems as indicated in the contract documents.– Installation of interior finishes, fixed furnishings, casework, equipment, signage, and building systems as indicated in the contract documents. (2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 4, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
