EOI for Waste Management and Minimisation Services – Supply of Kerbside Collection Services

Christchurch City Council (the Council) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers (Prospective Suppliers) to provide Kerbside Collection Services across Christchurch and Banks Peninsula. The Services include the collection of residual waste, recycling and organics and associated operational activities required to support the delivery of safe, reliable, and efficient kerbside collection services across a geographically diverse service area. The Services involve delivery at significant scale and complexity, including management of collection operations, fleet resources, bin assets, customer interfaces, operational data, performance reporting, service continuity requirements, and future service configuration changes that may be approved by Council.
