(1) Vendor needs to provide school mental health assessment service to the government authority located in Keyser, WV.– Conducting comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess risk related to threats of harm, violence, or self–injury. – Utilizing evidence–based assessment tools and structured professional judgment frameworks. – Collaborating with the district’s Threat Assessment Team to gather relevant background information and participate in team meetings as needed. – Providing written reports that include clinical impressions, risk level determinations, and recommendations for interventions or services. – Consulting with school administrators, counselors, and other relevant personnel regarding the student’s risk status and reentry or placement planning.
