ASM-2688 - USA (Montana) - Contracted Fiscal and Asset Management Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide contracted fiscal and asset management services to the government authority located in Montana.– Provide cost accounting services as well as asset management services.– Maintain an update version for the transportation team of the overall obligation plan for all funding sources and projects.– Manage and maintain accurate records of all physical assets, including buildings, equipment, vehicles, and inventory.– Assist in the development and implementation of strategic asset management plans.– Ensure continuous communication and coordination between program teams and the finance and accounting department.– Communicate the organization’s asset and financial status to the director and other staff as required.– Track inventory, costs, movement, and disposition of inactive and obsolete assets.– Develop comprehensive asset management plans for all assets, including assessments for renewals, replacements, new purchases, or disposals.– Manage leases, transfers, and disposals of assets, including transitions between contractors and service providers.– Budget forecasts and variance reports for asset maintenance and disposal, leveraging account data.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
