(1) Vendor needs to provide save lives now initiatives implementation service to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO. – The save lives now initiative’s implementation of rewire cognitive behavioural theory (rewire CBT) with adults, ages 18 years or older, at highest risk of gun violence in the city.– Include observing skill practice, reviewing and discussing case scenarios, coaching–basedAssessment, practitioner self–assessment, supervisor feedback, implementation reviews, or othermethods established by institute.– Integration of rewire CBT into participant engagement– Organizational participation and staff commitment– Rewire CBT training, coaching and workforce development– Organizational adoption and sustainability– Coordination with save lives now behavioural health services – Flexible participant support fund administration– Data collection, evaluation and performance expectations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
