(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator employee benefits cafeteria plan administration online benefits management administration cobra service.– Provide Third Party Administrator (TPA) services to support its employee benefit plans, including Section 125/Cafeteria Plan Administration, online benefits management, Section 403(b)(7)/457 Administration, and COBRA.– Deliver full third–party administration services, including an online enrollment system for all benefit plans, integration with the district’s financial systems, section 125 administration, on–site enrollment support as requested, and a call center for employee inquiries.– Provide up–to–date information upon employee request.– Provides computerized system used to collect, assimilate and integrate program data.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
