(1) Vendor needs to provide development consultant service to the government authority located in Milton, FL. – Provide development consulting services in regards to its development and redevelopment efforts.– Development consultant will be a direct advisor to the authority and its affiliates throughout the term of the engagement.– Advise and assist the authority on negotiating with the developer partner to execute development agreements that will serve as controlling documents for implementation of projects.– Advise and assist the authority on negotiating with tax credit investors to receive the most favourable tax credit pricing and terms.(2) The contract period will be for two years.
