(1) Vendor needs to provide towing services to the government authority located in VA. – Provide on–call, as–needed towing equipment with experienced drivers/operators to perform roadway clearing operations on an as needed basis to assist agency during inclement weather and emergency events to clear roadways by removing inoperable vehicles (i.e. stalled, abandoned, stuck, etc.) that are impeding the flow of traffic and/or could interfere with safe and efficient agency operations, or the safety of the traveling public within agency.• Provide towing services with a 25 ton capacity heavy duty wrecker• 8 ton wrecker – At a minimum, a 8 ton capacity medium duty wrecker/rollback that is capable of assisting and/or moving Class 1 Light Duty (6,000 lbs or less GVW ) through Class IIB Light Truck Duty (6,001 lbs –10,000 pound GVW ) 6 tires or more) from the roadways.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
