(1) Vendor needs to provide warm hand–off and recovery programs develop, implement, expand, and enhance service to the government authority located in Waterford, MI. • Stakeholders and organizations to develop, implement, expand, or enhance warm hand–off and recovery programs and services that reduce the immediate and long–term impacts of substance use in the community• Direct Recovery Support Service Delivery and Access: Includes peer recovery coaching, recovery navigation, recovery support groups, family recovery supports, employment and vocational supports, transportation assistance, recovery support programming for adolescents and young adults, and other activities that promote engagement in and sustained recovery• Recovery Housing and Housing Stability Supports: Includes recovery housing development or expansion, recovery housing scholarships, supportive housing services, housing navigation, case management, recovery residences, and other activities that improve housing stability and recovery outcomes.• Integrated Recovery Pathways and Warm Hand–Off Services: Includes initiatives that strengthen coordination and transitions between hospitals, emergency departments, treatment providers, courts, jails, schools, housing providers, and community organizations through warm hand–offs, reentry supports, and other recovery–oriented linkage services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 27, 2026.
