(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation market assessment service to the government authority located in Harrisonburg, VA.– Provide compensation market assessment to evaluate salary schedule structure advancement and any modifications of job classifications within the respective structure.– Develop compensation recommendations that are externally competitive and internally equitable.– Provide a report with recommendations for addressing pay compression issues.– Prepare an analysis of the financial impact for implementation.– Gain an understanding of the City’s existing classification and compensation structure.– Review all background materials including, but not limited to, organizational charts, classification specifications, classification listing, etc.– Conduct an annual benchmark market assessment and analysis of approximately 90+/– classifications.(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
