(1) Vendor needs to provide open space plan services to the government authority located in Winthrop, ME.– Develop a public outreach plan. – Identify and map conserved lands, forests and farmland, high–value wildlife habitat, agricultural soils of statewide importance, recreational trails and lake access points. – Develop summaries of public input. – Provide the Town with information on activities related to the Plan’s development for posting on the Town’s website and its Facebook page. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.
