(1) Vendor needs to provide armored courier services to the government authority located in Lawrenceville, GA.– Deposit pickup from departments and delivered to appropriate financial institution.– Change Fund delivery from the appropriate financial institution to departments.– Services/products designed to improve deposit efficiency, such as a smart safe solution with real time cash status, provisional credits, etc.– Provider will assist in transitioning current armored courier service on a pre–determined schedule.– Service provider must pick up all deposits and deliver to appropriate financial institution no later than next business day.– Service provider must allow at least ten minutes for each scheduled pick–up at each designated location before additional charges may be assessed. – Service provider must carry and present an identification card for verification purposes. – Service provider personnel shall be armed (unless not allowed by building security), uniformed, licensed, bonded, trained, and experienced to perform armored car service duties as required. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
