The City of Pasadena (City), Department of Transportation, Parking Division is requesting information from firms with expertise in providing software that assists the Division in managing parking citations and parking permits for the City. The City is currently performing an assessment to identify how to streamline parking citation issuance, adjudication and payments, and parking permit payments and fulfilment. The information gathered in this RFI process may assist us with a future procurement for a citation and permit management system. Respondents can include vendors who provide all or a portion of the services indicated.
