(1) Vendor needs to provide coaching and support services to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Provide support, opportunity, unity, and legal relationships (soul) coaching and support services to youth 16 – 21 years of age, pursuing the soul permanency goal.• Assist youth with consistent guidance, skill development, and relational support as they build permanent SOUL families.• Provide and document weekly one–on–one and group supervisions for all SOUL coaches;• Create and maintain supervision logs (1 per SOUL Coach) to include to: date, time and a brief summary of the issues discussed and planned next steps• Create and complete SOUL coach performance assessments (1 per SOUL coach) to include to: frequency and quality of youth engagement, number of youth identifying permanency families, use of coaching tools, accuracy and completeness of youth logs, effectiveness of de–escalation strategies.
