As part of the the City of Caldwell's Project Title project, approximately 1/2 mile of Middleton Road will be widened. Widening will consist curb, gutter, sidewalk and roadway lighting on each side of Middleton Road, the construction of a raised center median with u-turn openings and the installation of 18" domestic water mainline, storm drainage systems and piping, landscaping & RRFB's.
