FROZEN FOOD STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION FOR BPS FNS

Bids will be solicited from interested vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement . All bids for this project are subject to all applicable provisions of law and in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents entitled: Frozen Food Storage and Transportation for BPS FNS . Bids must be submitted before 2:00 P.M., Boston time – Monday, August 10th, 2026 and opened forthwith. The IFB documents will be available on or about Monday, July 27th, 2026 after 12:00 P.M., Boston time . Boston Public Schools, Food and Nutrition Services Department is seeking a vendor to provide frozen food storage and transportation services for Boston Public Schools. The scope includes the receiving, long-term storage, inventory management, and transportation of frozen food products in support of the Boston Public Schools Food & Nutrition Services Child Nutrition Programs, in compliance with all applicable regulations and BPS operational requirements.
