(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and engineering design services to the government authority located in El Paso, TX. – Provide architectural / engineering professional services for the design, bidding, and construction phases for a state–of–the–art educational facility of approximately 102,720 square feet and a capacity of 702 students, which will enhance student achievement, increased operational efficiency, improved safety and security, accessibility and equity, and high–quality education for student success. – The new facility will include approximately 30 modern classrooms for grades PK–5, a science lab, and six collaboration areas accessible to all students. – It will feature essential amenities, such as classrooms, administration areas, outdoor learning/recreation space, and building support services, to include: custodial area, food and nutrition services, upgraded infrastructure, advanced technological capabilities and spaces designed to support innovating teaching and learning practices.• Core academic spaces:– Standard classrooms sized for 25–30 students with integrated technology infrastructure– Science laboratories with appropriate ventilation, safety equipment, and utility connections– Computer laboratories with enhanced electrical and data capacity• Administrative and support areas:– Main administrative office suite with reception, principal office, and assistant principal offices– Counseling offices with private meeting spaces– Health clinic with examination room, rest area, and medication storage• Common areas and student services:– Media center/library with flexible learning spaces and technology integration– Cafeteria with full–service kitchen capable of serving 702 students– Gymnasium with retractable bleacher seating and athletic storage(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026. (3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 24, 2026.
