Financial Statement Auditing Services and Agreed-Upon Procedures

The City of Vista is soliciting written proposals for 'Project Title . The City will enter into a 'Length of agreement Agreement with one (1) public accounting firm. Services provided under the Agreement shall not exceed 'NTE over the term of the Agreement. 'Describe services - A detailed scope of work and fee will be outlined for each task and assigned to the selected Public Accounting firm. Public Accounting firms may submit proposals as a single public accounting firm with in-house capabilities or as a primary Public Accounting firm with sub-consultants to provide the RFP services. For specialized work for which the prime Public Accounting firm will require a sub-consultant, the prime Public Accounting firm will serve as an administrative liaison between the City and the sub-consultant. The prime Public Accounting firm mark-up for sub-consultants shall not exceed five percent (5%). The City reserves the right to request proposals from other firms throughout the Agreement term for special projects requiring unique qualifications.
