LEGAL-17985 - USA (Guttenberg, New Jersey) - Law Firms and Individuals Interested in Serving as Special Counsel for Tax Matters and Litigation Service - Deadline October 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide law firms and individuals interested in serving as special counsel for tax matters and litigation service to the government authority located in Guttenberg, NJ. – Provide the Town with legal guidance relating to tax matters, but not necessarily limited to:– Legal research and/or advisory opinions as needed;– Research and draft ordinances and/or resolutions; – Represent the Town in litigation in federal and state courts and administrative forums– Review and/or draft legal notices; – Attend meetings of the Board of Council and individual Council upon request; – Conduct programs on specified legal issues for appropriate elected officials and/or Town employees upon request; – Any other matters as directed by the Town.(2) The contract period will be one year.
