Vendor needs to provide paralegal services to the government authority located in Kentucky. – Duties will include assisting board counsel with legal work.– The Contractor will provide one (1) designated paralegalto attend all agency meetings and assist the board counsel with drafting memoranda, correspondence, and other documents relating to actions taken by the board, assist with the preparation and submittal of draft regulations and any required forms at the direction of the agency and perform duties attendant to obtaining approval of proposed regulations and forms; and assist the board counsel in administrative proceedings under Chapter 13B and in civil actions.
