Vendor needs to provide engineering and security services across the full lifecycle of IT investments and operations to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.• Establish and manage endpoint and infrastructure engineering processes that improve end–to end integration and service delivery.• Perform endpoint and infrastructure engineering across requirements definition, design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and sustainment support.• Perform design analysis, requirements analysis, alternatives analysis, capacity analysis, concept–of–operations development, and related technical documentation.• Develop engineering planning documentation and maintain an Engineering Test Lab, including government–approved procurement support as needed.• Coordinate activities across system interface boundaries with other contractors, service providers, and government organizations.• Integrate service delivery processes with government processes to provide seamless user experience.– Cloud–Based Infrastructure/Identity Management Services• Perform requirements analysis, alternatives analysis, capacity planning, and cost modeling to support cloud migrations, modernization initiatives, and hybrid service integrations.• Support datacenter–to–cloud migration efforts, including identifying migration candidates, planning sequencing, validating dependencies, and performing engineering testing
